FTSE/JSE Indices Agreement
JSE Data Agreement The new JSE Data Agreement (JDA) consists of 4 base documents - Market Data Policies, JDA General Terms and Conditions, the JDA Products and Services Form, and the Equities, Derivatives and Interest Rate Products Price List.
Similarly, the Limited JSE Data Agreement (LDA) consists of Market Data Policies, JDA General Terms and Conditions, the LDA Products and Services Form, and the Equities, Derivatives and Interest Rate Products Price List.
South African Legislation referred to in the JDA General Terms and Conditions can be found here.
