Risk Intelligence And Leadership
The pace and complexity of change faced by organisations is having a significant impact on their sustainability and ability to perform strategically. There are increasing market complexities and challenges of change that need to be understood and carefully navigated to ensure sustainability of business. Often missed as the root-cause of organisational failure, business can no longer afford to ignore risk and effective risk governance as part of the core requirements for organisational success.
