Specialist Securities offer issuers the opportunity list and trade investment-type products on the Main Board, under Section 19 of the JSE Listing Requirements.  These products include, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs), warrants, structured products, depository receipts – to name but a few.

Listing on JSE, offers product issuers the benefit of local and global profiling, access to capital, a broader investor base, a well-regulated market and market makers who facilitate liquidity.

The process of listing a product on the JSE Main Board involves the following:

  1. Engage with the Primary Markets Team: [email protected]
  2. Submit a concept document of the product for in-principle approval by the JSE Issuer Regulation division
  3. Appoint a JSE Sponsor.
  4. Submit the required listing documentation via the appointed sponsor to the JSE Issuer Regulation division
  5. Host a listing event with added media and marketing exposure
