MSCI South Africa Index
The MSCI South Africa Index is a measure of the performance of the large and mid-cap segments of the South African market. Investors can gain exposure to 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalisation in South Africa through futures or options. These contracts can be easily accessed via the JSE’s equity derivatives members and are cash settled in rands.
