This 6 hour course on the listing of debt instruments on the JSE is designed to impart an understanding of, inter alia, a company's capital structure, the differences between equity and debt and the criteria for and process of listing debt instruments on the JSE. In addition the aim is to build an understanding of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements applicable to a listing of corporate bonds and other debt instruments on the interest rate market of the JSE (formerly the Bond Exchange)
