    The All Africa 40 Index consists of the top 40 largest eligible companies listed on the stock exchanges of qualifying African countries. The number of constituents is maintained at a constant level of 40, with each country other than South Africa being limited to a maximum of 7 constituents and South Africa being limited to 10 constituents. The index is calculated in USD.
