All books sold are protected by the Copyright Act, 1978 (Act No. 98 of 1978) and applicable international copyright laws.
Purchases are strictly for personal use only.
No content may be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written consent from the copyright holder.
For bulk orders or institutional licenses, please contact us directly.
3. Refund & Return Policy
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
To request a return or refund, email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
4. Data Privacy & Payment Security
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal data collected is used only to process your order, arrange delivery, and provide customer support.
Payments are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
5. Pricing, VAT & Currency
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Unless otherwise stated, prices are VAT-inclusive (15%).
Messaging such as “Price includes VAT” may appear on product pages and checkout.
Discounted products will display the original and reduced price clearly.
At present, transactions are processed only in ZAR.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa.
Available shipping methods:
National delivery: R172,50 incl. VAT
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
International shipping is not currently supported.
7. Errors, Stock & Communication
Out of Stock: If the book is unavailable, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer a refund or replacement.
Payment Failure or Timeout: If your payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or contact us for assistance.
Technical Errors: In the event of a system or checkout error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
