The JSE in partnership with the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) will be providing JSE members with various corporate governance training courses throughout the year. The first being the IoDSA’s official King IV programme: Learnings from Covid-19 for Governing Bodies in promoting responsible leadership half day programme facilitated by King IV Task Team Member Richard Foster.

This course gives an overview and understanding of how responsible leadership and the application of good corporate governance principles (King IV) can assist to drive organisations going forward particularly utilising the learnings from the recent  impact of a black swan event such as COVID-19

Key Focus:

Promoting responsible leadership utilising the learnings from the Covid-19 environment and applying King IV in promoting responsible leadership.

Enable an organisation to assess how its strategy and or business model should be adjusted in the short, medium and long term to ensure its continued and sustainable success.
