Issuer Regulations
The JSE, licensed under the Financial Markets Act (FMA), acts as the Listings Authority responsible for setting and enforcing listing requirements. It promotes strong corporate governance and high-quality financial reporting for companies with listed equity or debt securities, benefiting investors and stakeholders. The JSE also provides and regulates an orderly marketplace for trading securities, including those issued by both local and international companies.
